谦卑型领导研究探析

摘　　要：谦卑是一种重要的品德,很多领导理论都强调了谦卑对于领导者的重要性,但国内关于谦卑型领导的研究并不多见。本文通过文献回顾,介绍了谦卑型领导的概念内涵,分析了谦卑型领导的影响效应,并将谦卑型领导理论和同其相似的"自下而上"领导理论进行了对比,最后对此领域未来的研究方向进行了展望。Humility is an important virtue. Many leadership theories emphasize the importance of humility to leaders, but the study of humble leadership in China is rare. Based on a literature review, this paper introduces the connotation of the concept of humble leadership and analyzes the effects of humble leadership. Then it compares humble leadership with the other similar bottom-up leadership. At last, it makes prospects for the directions in future research.
