摘 要:目的利用膳食平衡指数(DBI-07)评价珠海市18~59岁居民的膳食质量。方法采用多阶段分层与人口比例概率抽样方法,按家庭为抽样单位人户调查,收集540户家庭1098名18~59岁居民的个人基本资料和完整的3d饮食记录,采用DBI-07的评分方法评价其膳食质量。结果珠海市18~59岁居民膳食处于中度失衡状态[DQD=(31.43±6.79)],摄人不足为主要问题[LBS=(25.66±5.76)],其中92.62%的人蔬菜水果摄人未达到推荐量,99.73%的人奶类及豆类摄入未达到推荐量,两者处于适宜范围的人数分别为22.95%和1.27%;同时也存在摄人过量问题[HBS=(5.77±4.56)],有70.49%的人调味品和乙醇摄人量超过推荐水平;摄入的食物种类也不全面,有58.29%的人平均每天摄人的食物种类少于8种;统计分析结果显示,不同性别、年龄、户籍所在地、经济收入和文化程度膳食质量存在差异。结论珠海市居民的膳食质量亟待改善,男性、农村户籍人口、低收入和文化程度偏低等人群是干预的主要对象。Objective To evaluate the dietary quality of adults aged 18--59 in Zhuhai by using diet balance index-07(DBI- 07). Methods Door interviews were performed with family as sampling unit and the probability proportional sampling(PPS) was used for collecting basic personal information and 3-day dietary records of subjects aged 18--59. The dietary quality of the population was scored by DBI 07. Results The dietary quality of the residents aged 18--59 in Zhuhai was in moderate imbal- ance(DQD= 31.43). Most of them had inadequate (LBS : 25.66 ) or excessive ( HBS = 5.77 ) dietary intake. 92.62 % of partici- pants did not reach the recommended dietary intake of vegetables and fruits, and milk and beans consumption was less than the recommended standard in 99.73 % of participants. Those who had an adequate consumption of vegetables and fruits, milk and beans accounted for 22.95 % and 1.27%, respectively. 70.49% of participants had excessive dietary intake of condiments and alcohol beyond recommended level. Food variation in 58.29% of participants was less than eight kinds per day. Also,the analyt- ic results showed that there was significant difference in diet quality among different gender, age, habitation region, income and education level. Conclusion The dietary quality of residents in Zhuhai should be improved,and male,rural residents,residents of low income or low education level should be the priority in the intervention process.
