摘　　要：以传播学中的"两级传播"理论为基础,分析高校学习型社团中学生"意见领袖"对培养社团成员沟通能力的作用,考察其在沟通发起、信息传递和总结反馈这三个环节中扮演的角色。提出了积极寻找社团中的"意见领袖",激发其沟通潜能,以推动社团信息交流,同时警惕"伪意见领袖"对其他成员沟通能力产生的消减力量等建议。On the basis of two levels of communication theory, the paper analyzes the role that opinion leader plays in the process of cultivating members＇ ability of communication in the learning-type associations and investigates its part in initiating communication, conveying message and summarizing feedback. The author propound lots of suggestions including looking for ＂opinion leader＂actively, stimulating their communication potential and so on. Meanwhile, we must guard against the side effects the pseudo opinion leader produces.
