摘　　要：当今信息时代,利用网络获取知识、管理知识已经成为学习者一个重要的学习方式。研究生作为高学历群体,由于学习的特殊性与专业性要求,亟需借助网络这一工具对个人知识进行管理。网络化学习和个人知识管理的有机结合对学习者获取信息的能力和知识创新能力的培养起着重要作用,从而为学习者在未来竞争中获胜提供优势条件。要增强研究生的自学能力和创新能力,就要加强对基于网络学习的研究生个人知识管理进行相关研究。in nowadays information age, knowledge acquisition and knowledge management based on the Internet have become an important way of learning for the Students. As a highly educated class, due to the peculiarity of learning and professional requirements, graduate students have become urgently in need of management of personal knowledge through the tool of networks. The organic combination between network learning and individual knowl- edge management has played a key role for cultivating the learner＇ s ability to obtain information as well as to acquire knowledge innovation for gaining advantageous conditions for their future competences. In order to enhance the self-study ability and innovative ability of the students, related researches on network learning and the graduates＇ personal knowledge management must be strengthened.
