摘 要:领导反馈能有效影响员工知识共享,但已有研究缺乏对其作用机理的深入探讨。基于调节焦点理论,以129名学生为样本,通过实验研究检验了领导反馈风格与绩效信息对员工知识共享的影响,以及在此过程中员工工作调节焦点的中介作用。研究结果表明:成功绩效信息和促进型反馈风格正向影响员工知识共享行为,失败绩效信息与防御型反馈风格负向影响员工知识共享行为;员工促进型工作调节焦点中介了成功绩效信息和促进型反馈风格与员工知识共享行为之间的正向关系。Leader feedback effectively influences employee knowledge sharing behavior, while there is a lack of deeper dis- cussion about the effect mechanism between them. Based on regulatory focus theory and a sample of 129 college students, this paper examined the effect of leader's feedback style and performance information on employees" knowledge sharing be- havior, and the mediating effect of work regulatory focus by using an experimental method. The results demonstrated that compared with leader's prevention feedback style and fail performance information, promotion style and success perform- ance information inspired employee knowledge sharing behavior better. Furthermore, promotion work regulatory focus mediated the positive relationship of promotion feedback style and success performance information with knowledge sha- ring.
