履行教师义务的探究

摘　　要：随着1994年《教师法》的颁布和实施,教师权利和义务得到了相应的明确,教师的权利也日益得到了较好的保障。本文从教师义务的理论出发,探讨一些现实的教育问题,从马斯洛的需要层次理论来分析为什么存在一些教师缺失履行义务,具有现实意义。Abstract With the promulgation and implementation of ＂Law of Teacher＂ in 1994, teachers＇ rights and obligations are accordingly made clear and their rights are better and better guaranteed. Starting from the theory of teachers＇ obligations, this paper ex- plores some realistic education issues, and from Maslow＇s hierar- chy of needs, analyzes why some teachers cannot perform their obligations, which are of realistic significance.
