摘 要:调查发现,高职院校公共基础英语课的年轻教师教育理论与教学实践脱节,缺乏专业意识,但网络多媒体教学资源却很丰富;而老教师,理论与实践运用自如,但网络多媒体技术掌握却不得心应手,教学方式单一,以教师讲授为主颇多。为此,提出基于网络多媒体教学的高职公共英语教师培训模式——"2R+C"模式,使教师不仅成为语言知识和技能的传授者,更是学习任务的设计者、学习策略的培训者、学习进度的监控者、学习困难的鼓励者、学习效果的评估者。The investigation shows that the young teachers of public English in higher vocational colleges lack professional awareness, but they are rich in network multimedia teaching m aterials;the older teachers are skilled at theory and practice, but not good at multimedia technology, the teaching means are single, and it gives priority to teachers teaching. The paper puts forw ard higher vocational public English teacher training mode "2 R + C" based on the network multimedia teaching, making the teachers the initiators of language know ledge and skills , learning task designers, learning strategy trainers, learning progress monitors, inspirations when facing difficulties and assessors of learning effect.
