茯砖茶中几种常见散囊菌与曲霉的对比研究

摘　　要：冠突散囊菌是茯砖茶中的有益菌,其含量是考察茯砖茶品质的主要指标。由于茯砖茶中常含有与冠突散囊菌形态相似的散囊菌属的其他菌种以及一些曲霉,给冠突散囊菌的检测带来了误差。本研究通过对比PDA培养基、察氏培养基和20%蔗糖察氏培养基对不同散囊菌和曲霉的菌落形态、菌体形态的影响,以期区分茯砖茶中的常见霉菌,改进冠突散囊菌的检测方法。研究结果表明,所试菌株在不同培养基上培养时,菌落正反面颜色和形态、菌种的繁殖方式和菌体的结构都会发生不同程度上的变化,且不同菌种的变化情况不尽相同,通过实验可以对不同菌株进行有效的区分。Eurotium cristatum,one kind of beneficial microorganism in Fuzhuan brick-tea,it’s content is the key quality index on Fuzhuan brick-tea. In the detection of Eurotium cristatum,some of Eurotium spp. and Aspergillus spp,which are are very similar to Eurotium cristatum,cause the test errors. In order to distinguish the common mould on Fuzhuan brick-tea and improve the detection method of Eurotium cristatum,this study compared the different colony mrophologies and cell morphologies of Eurotium spp. and Aspergillus spp. in PDA medium,Czapek medium and 20% sucrose Czapek medium. The results show that the colony morphologies,cell morphologies and reproductive modes of the tested strains had changed when cultured in different media,and different strains had different changes. The tested strains could be effectively distinguished through this study.
