摘　　要：非语言交际是指交际活动中所运用的非语言形式。它对语言交际进行补充、加强、替代和调整。这种交际有五种渠道 ,并呈现出抽象性和武断性的特征。非语言交际是文化的载体 ,也是传达感情的媒介 ,与语言交际既协调一致又独立存在。在外语教学中 ,它比语言交际的教学难度更大。语言交际熟练使非语言交际熟练显得更为重要 。Nonverbal communication, the nonlinguistic form of communicational activities, compensades, strengthens, substitutes and adjusts verbal communication. Nonverbal communication demonstrates in 5 channels, which are generally regarded as abstract and arbitrary. Nonverbal communication acts as a carrier and medium of culture and ,independent as it is, works in harmony with verbal communication. The teaching and learning of nonverbal communication proves to be more difficult than that of verbal communication. The fluency of nonverbal communication is more important than that of vorbal communication. Verbal and nonverbal communication is an integral unity.
