摘  要:卫生事业管理学教学中融入医学伦理教育对于学科建设、教师发展及学生人文培养等具有重要意义。上海中医药大学社科部在具体教学中,运用专题讲座、课堂讲授与案例讨论、实习和实践参与多种教学方法对其作了实践。学生表现出了较高的参与度,初步实现了提高卫生事业管理专业学生的伦理素养的教学目标。授课教师通过实践体会到,在教学中,需明确卫生管理实践考虑医学伦理学理论与观念的平衡与取舍,培养卫生事业管理专业学生的医学伦理素养需要全社会的努力。It is of great significance that integrating health management teaching with medical ethics education for the development of subject construction, teachers' and students' humanistic training, etc. The specific teaching, seminars, lectures and case discussion, practice and practice were involved in a variety of teaching methods for its practice in department of social sciences of Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine. Students showed higher participation, improve the health service management primarily achieved professional ethics accomplishment of the teaching goal of students. Instructor experience, through practice in the teaching, to explicitly consider health management practice of medical ethics theory and the concept of balance and trade-offs, cultivate the student health service management of medical ethics accomplishment needs the efforts of the whole society.
