摘  要:以卵磷脂与胆固醇为膜材,采用薄膜-冷冻干燥法和乙醚注入法制备角鲨烯脂质体,并对其性质进行研究。通过对角鲨烯脂质体的包埋率、pH、丙二醛含量、粒径及热力学特性研究发现,薄膜-冷冻干燥法制备的角鲨烯脂质体包埋率可达(98.56±0.77)%,pH为6.4,丙二醛含量为(0.022±0.0015)μg/mL;平均粒径大小为1299 nm;DSC曲线表明其相变温度为114.07℃,氧化温度为153.73℃。结果表明,采用薄膜-冷冻干燥法制备的角鲨烯脂质体性质稳定。Lecithin and cholesterol were used as membrane material to prepare squalene liposomes by thin film-freeze drying and ether injection method, and the properties were evaluated. The embedding rate, pH, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, particle size and the thermodynamic properties of squalene liposomes were investigated. The results showed that the embedding rate of squalene liposomes prepared by thin film-freeze drying was up to (98.56±0.77)%, pH was 6.4, the content of MDA was (0.022±0.0015) μg/mL; average particle size was 1299 nm; DSC curve showed that the phase transition temperature was 114.07℃, oxidation temperature was 153.73 ℃. Therefore, preparing squalene liposomes by thin film-freeze drying method was feasible.
