摘 要:城乡教师合理流动是教育公平的题中之义。目前,我国西部地区城乡教师的流动基本处于单向、无序的状态,这阻碍了教师资源的合理配置,也不利于教育公平的实现。为此,我们采用了问卷调查、群体座谈以及个别访谈等方式对目前西部地区城乡教师流动现状进行了调查,了解并探讨了制约教师群体在城乡之间双向合理流动的因素,提出从改革制度与进行利益补偿两个方面来推进实现城乡教师合理流动,特别强调了利益补偿机制在促进城乡教师合理流动中的意义和作用。The rational flow of teachers between rural region and urban region is a key to achieve educational equality. Currently, the flow of teachers between rural region and urban region in China 's west areas is stuck in a state of disorder and irrationality, which not only hinders rational allocation of teaching resources but also exacerbates the phenomenon of educational inequality. To this end, we took a survey by questionnaire, group discussion and interview on the teacher's flow between rural region and urban region in China's west areas. This paper analyzes the elements that may obstacle the rational two - way flow of teachers and points out that the rational flow can be realized by reforming current system of rule and compensation, emphasizing the significance and role of establishing a compensation system.
