摘　　要：在我国 ,大米被用作生产啤酒的主要辅料 ,啤酒厂糖化车间糊化锅完成这一工作 ,糊化锅的控制具有普遍意义。本文给出了一个用下位机 PLC中功能块 (FB)对糊化锅进行模糊控制的实例 ,并给出了功能块的信号输入结构图、主要注意点等。实际证明在蒸汽压力不稳定的情况下 ,仍可取得很好的控制效果。Rice is used as a supplementary raw material in a Chinese brewery. The rice paste pot in assaccharification workshop completes the rice processing. Its control is of universal significance. This paper cites an example about the fuzzy control of a rice paste pot using a function block in PLC and gives out the signal structure of FB and some key points. The practice shows that the control result is very good even under the unstable steam pressure.
