摘　　要：随着证券市场的快速发展,证券行业对高素质技能型经纪人才的市场需求大幅增加。本文就高职院校"应该"和"如何"通过对证券经纪人才"校企合作、工学结合"培养模式的构建与实施这一问题进行了初步的实践探索与分析。With the rapid development of the stock market, the industry＇s need for high quality skilled security talents has increeced sharply. This article has tentatively explored and analyzed ＂how should＂ vocational schools build and implement the model of ＂Cooperation between Schools and Enter- pries, Combination of Work and Study＂ in training brokers.
