高职目标教育实施的教育生态学思考

摘　　要：实施目标教育是推动教育教学改革、促进学生成长成才、提升办学质量和水平、推动高职院校内涵式发展的重要路径。教育是一个以学生发展为主线的微观生态系统,受到多重因子的影响。该文运用教育生态学原理及研究方式,探寻高职目标教育的有效途径和方法。Carrying out the target education is an important path to promote the education and teaching reform, students＇ growth, the quality and running level, and the connotative development in higher vocational colleges. Education is a micro ecological system which based on the development of students as the main line. It is influenced by multiple factors. This article uses the principles of educational ecology and researching methods to explore the effective way and method to implement the higher vocational target education.
