摘　　要：广东药学院是以医药教育为主的应用型本科院校,学校一直以来努力建设应用型师资队伍。在实施科学的"应用型"师资培养计划、拓宽专业教师来源渠道,建立应用型兼职教师资源库、制定利于教师向"应用型"方向发展的政策措施等方面进行了探索和改革。Guangdong Pharmaceutical University is the medical-based application-oriented college; it has been striving to build application-oriented teachers. They do much exploration and reform from the implementation of scientific ＂application-oriented＂ teacher training program, broadening the sources of professional teachers, building application-oriented part-time teacher resources, formulating policy measures to help teachers develop for the direction of ＂application-oriented＂ and so on.
