摘　　要：教育智慧是教师实践教育本质的教育适切性,需要对其内涵进行深入理解。教育智慧不是教师各种知识的堆积,也不是教师的某种专业技能,是伴随着教师的专业成长体悟生成的一种"关心品质",实现于学生的健康成长与发展。Educational wisdom is the appropriateness of education to the essence of teachers＇ practical education, and it is necessary to have a deep understanding of its connotation. Educational wisdom is neither the accumulation of teachers＇ all kinds of knowledge, nor some professional skills of teachers. Instead, it is a kind of ＂concern for quality＂ which develops from teachers＇ insight accompanying their professional development and is realized in students＇ healthy growth and development.
