摘  要:西南民族农村地区学前教育的发展关系到整个国家教育质量的提升,关系到西部大开发和民族政策的落实与深化。当前西南民族地区学前教育发展的瓶颈主要有:其一,文化与语言的冲突;其二,生产力发展水平与观念相对落后;其三,学前教育经费投入总体不足与分配不均。为此,应主要从以下方面进行突破:因地制宜,多形式开办学前教育机构;经费保障西南少数民族农村地区学前教育发展;开发具有民族地区农村特色的学前教育课程。The development of rural preschool education in minority nationahty regions oI soumwe^t ~,tllm has an important impact upon the elevation of overall national education quality. There are three major bottlenecks in the development of preschool education in southwest minority areas at present: firstly, cultural and linguistic conflicts with the mainstream; secondly, the relatively low level'of productive forces and backward educational philosophy; thirdly, the shortage and uneven distribution of preschool education funding. The conclusion came to that breakthrough should be made in the following aspects: development of preschool education institutions in multiple forms according to local conditions; special funding to ensure the development of rural preschool education in minority nationality regions of Southwest China; development of characteristic kindergarten curriculum for rural ethnic areas.
