西南民族地区农村学前教育发展的瓶颈与突破

摘　　要：西南民族农村地区学前教育的发展关系到整个国家教育质量的提升,关系到西部大开发和民族政策的落实与深化。当前西南民族地区学前教育发展的瓶颈主要有:其一,文化与语言的冲突;其二,生产力发展水平与观念相对落后;其三,学前教育经费投入总体不足与分配不均。为此,应主要从以下方面进行突破:因地制宜,多形式开办学前教育机构;经费保障西南少数民族农村地区学前教育发展;开发具有民族地区农村特色的学前教育课程。The development of rural preschool education in minority nationahty regions oI soumwe^t ~,tllm has an important impact upon the elevation of overall national education quality. There are three major bottlenecks in the development of preschool education in southwest minority areas at present： firstly, cultural and linguistic conflicts with the mainstream; secondly, the relatively low level＇of productive forces and backward educational philosophy; thirdly, the shortage and uneven distribution of preschool education funding. The conclusion came to that breakthrough should be made in the following aspects： development of preschool education institutions in multiple forms according to local conditions; special funding to ensure the development of rural preschool education in minority nationality regions of Southwest China; development of characteristic kindergarten curriculum for rural ethnic areas.
