摘　　要：以146名教师为研究对象,通过调查来获得ICT环境下教师专业发展在职培训的一般状况和特点。结果发现,绝大多数教师不仅认识到远程教育在职培训对其专业发展具有积极影响作用,而且也看到了实施远程教育还存在许多障碍,并依据研究结论提出相对应的措施和建议。Using a sample of 146 teachers, this paper investigates the general situation and characteristics of the in-service training of teachers professional development in ICT environment by the empirical study. The findings show that most of teachers not only know the in-service training of Distance education had a positive effect to teachers professional development, but also existes all sorts of obstacles to implement distance education successfully. And proposes suggestions to schools by research results.
