食源性疾病辅助诊断软件的研究

摘　　要：目的研发食源性疾病辅助诊断软件。方法建立食源性疾病数据库和相应数学模型。结果共有120种食源性疾病入选数据库。该诊断软件可进行致病食品和致病因素分析,提供诊断、治疗和预防措施等资料,数据库可根据需要进行更新。结论食源性疾病辅助诊断软件可为卫生专业人员处置食源性疾病提供帮助,提高应急处置能力和效率。Objective To research on the software of computer-aided diagnosis for food-borne diseases. Methods To establish a database of food-borne diseases and the corresponding mathematical model. Results Totally 120 kinds of food-borne diseases were selected into the database. The software can be applied to analyze pathogenic food and factors, and provide the related information about diagnostic, treatment and prevention measures and so on. And the database can be updated as necessary. Conclusion The software of computer-aided diagnosis for food-borne diseases is useful toimprove emergency response capabilities and efficiency for the professionals of disease control institutions.
