摘　　要：证明文献[2]中关于Nega-Hadamard变换一个性质的对称性结果,然后指出文献[3]中一个间接构造Bent-Negabent函数方法不完全正确的问题,并给出了必要的修正条件。最后,基于正交矩阵保持重量不变的特性另外给出一种Maiorana-McFarland类Bent-Negabent函数的间接构造。The symmetrical result of a property of Nega-Hadamard transform in reference [2] is proved in this paper, then a problem in reference [ 3 ] is pointed out that the indirect construction method of Bent-Negabent function is not fully correct, and the necessary modification conditions is given as well. Lastly, another indirect construction of Bent-Negabent function in Maiorana-McFarland class is given based on the property of orthogonal matrix keeping weight invariant.
