摘　　要：基于航海类高职院校教师队伍建设特点及困境,从加强航海类专业建设与发展出发,运用发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路与方法,从形势分析、高职学校现实、"双师型"师资队伍的培养对策等方面进行探讨,剖析新办高职院校的基本特点,为航海类专业教师队伍建设提供借鉴。Abstract： Based on the characteristics and difficulties of teacher team construction for navigation class in higher vocational colleges, the ways to strengthen the navigation class specialized construction and the development were discussed. From the situation analysis, higher vocational school reality, the double type teachers training , some trials were carried out. The characteristics in the new vocational colleges were analyzed, which can provide certain reference to the specialized teacher team construction of navigation.
