摘　　要：普通高等教育、自学高等教育和现代远程高等教育作为最具代表性的三种高等教育模式 ,长期以来均不同程度的存在着对教学全过程监控不够的问题。现代远程开放教育由于很好的适应了社会、经济以及科学技术发展的潮流 ,适应了 2 1世纪对高等专门人才急剧扩大的社会需求 ,成为我国高等教育事业中极具发展张力的一部分。现代远程高等教育从根本上排斥封闭办学 ,但也存在师生不能直面等缺点 ,必须通过加强教学全过程的监控使其得以根本改善。The lack of inspection of the whole process of teaching exists in the three forms of higher education, i e the conventional higher education, the self?study higher education and the modern distance higher education Since it is better adapted to the development of society, economy and science and technology, and to the rapidly increased need for talents in the 21st century, the modern distance higher education becomes the part of the higher education in China which has the most potential for development The modern distance higher education repulses the closed up teaching, but at the same time, it has the shortcoming that teachers and students are lack of the face?to?face contact Therefore, the inspection of the whole process of teaching needs to be improved fundmentally Carrying out guidance teaching, inspiring students' active learning
