英语学习者在商务语境中应酬语语用失误的分析

摘　　要：应酬语在商务交际中有着重要的地位,它是国际商务交际中建立互信的催化剂和缓解矛盾的润滑剂。然而,英语学习者在商务语境中使用应酬语时出现的中国式遣词、中国式疑问、中国式关怀等语用失误反映了英语教学长期以来将语言教学与文化教学割裂的弊端。因此,探索国际商务活动中由于语言和文化因素而导致的交际失败原因,对提高国际商务人员的业务水准,保证商务活动的顺利进行,具有重要意义。Phatic communion plays an important role in business communication , which helps build mutual trust and reduce contradictions as well in international business communication .However , English learners are always making Chinese -style prag-matic mistakes in terms of diction , query, and solicitude.This reflects the long term separation of language teaching and culture teaching.Therefore, it is essential to explore reasons that lead to communication failure due to linguistic and cultural factors so as to achieve the best level of international business professionals and ensure smooth operation of business activities .
