摘　　要：通过对湖南工程学院21个专业600余名大学生进行OIS—R(OcuupationalIdentify ScaleReformulated)职业认同量表的测量,分析测量结果及成因,了解现阶段理工科大学生职业认同状态的群体特征以及影响,为大学生职业生涯规划及就业指导提供参考。Based on the OIS-R（Occupational Identity Scale-Reformulated）measurment of more than 600 college students from 21 majors in Hunan Institute of Engineering,this paper analyzes the results and cau- ses of the group characteristics and the influencing factors of occupational identity status of the present col- lege students majored science arLd technology, so as to provide a reference for the college students＇ career planning and employment guidance.
