摘　　要：在经验主义美学的形成和成熟过程中,休谟具有非常重要的意义。他发扬了夏夫兹博里确立的情感主义传统,把情感看作是人的本性,又以经验主义的方法系统描述了情感的规律。在人性科学的体系中,休谟将作为一种非功利的情感的美给予了准确的界定,同时,也用想象这一概念清晰地描述了美的原因和规律。在他的影响下,18世纪英国涌现出了一系列系统的美学著作,它们围绕情感和想象共同构建了一套完整的审美心理学,这成为18世纪英国经验主义美学的一大特色。Hume plays a very important role in the course of forming and growing of empiric aesthetics . He inherits the sentimentalism founded by Shaftesbury , makes passion as the nature of human . Meanwhile ,he describes the rules of passions by the empiric method .In his science of human nature ,he defines the beauty as a disinterested passion , and describes its nature and law s by the conception of imagination .Based on his science of human nature , a series of systemic aesthetic works in eighteenth-century Britain construct a complete aesthetic psychology that is distinguishing characteristic in the Aesthetics of this century .
