摘　　要：高等师范院校是培养未来教师的园地,培养高等师范院校毕业生的教学能力是必备的要求,正确处理学生教学能力的培养问题是保证我国体育事业朝健康方向发展的关健。文章就高等师范院校如何培养出符合未来教育的人才,在教学和训练方法及研究方向上进行探讨,旨在教学中提高高等师范院校体育专业学生的从师素质。Normal colleges and universities are to train future teachers, it is the essential requirement to correctly handle the cultivation of students＇ teaching ability, which is the key point of ensure China＇s sports undertakings towards the healthy development. This paper probes how to train personnel in line with the future of education teachers in narmal universities, to explore the teaching and training methods and research directions, aiming at improving the quality of PE Majors in normal colleges and uni ersities.
