摘 要:高职教育发展到当前这样一个规模相对稳定、人才培养质量为主导的内涵建设期,如何形成良性运行的校企合作机制一直是困扰高职院校发展的核心问题之一。校企合作是一项由多元主体共同参与的工作,应找到多元主体不同利益诉求下的利益平衡点,建立利益相关的依存型校企合作模式。为促进这一模式的良性运行,应实施以政府导向为主的牵引机制,以学校生存为压力的竞争机制,以企业利益为动力的激励机制,以行业干预为控制力的监督机制。Higher vocational education has entered the period of connotation development subjected by relative stable scale and enhancing talent cultivation quality, and how to form effective school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is one of core problems troubled by higher vocational colleges. School-enterprise cooperation is a kind of work participated by pluralistic subjects, and it should find the benefit balancing point under different benefit appeal of pluralistic subjects, and try to build the dependent school-enterprise cooperation model participated by pluralistic stakeholders. In order to fos- ter the effective operation of the model, it should carry out the traction mechanism guided by the government, the competition mechanism fostered by the pressure of school existence, the encouraging mechanism driving by enterprises' benefits, the monitoring mechanism dominated by industries' intervention.
