摘 要:目的:分析舞草挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用微波萃取法从舞草中提取挥发油;用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行分离鉴定;用归一化法测定其相对含量。结果:分离出70个峰,其中鉴定了42种成分,占挥发油色谱峰面积的89.03%。结论:舞草挥发油的主要成分为1,3-二(3-苯氧基苯氧基)苯、植酮、棕榈酸、二十二烷等,百分含量依次为:37.70%、6.60%、21.61%、6.73%。Objective: To analyze the main chemical constituents of the essential oil from Codariocalyx motorius. Methods-The essential oil was extracted from Codariocalyx motorius by microwave extraction.The components of the essential oil were separated and identified by GC-MS.The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization.Results.70 peaks were separated and 42 of them were identified, representing about 89.03% of the total content. Conclusions= The main chemical constituents of the essential oil from Codariocalyx motorius were m- bis ( m- phenoxyphenoxy) benzene ( 37.70% ), fitone ( 6.60% ), Palmitic acid ( 2t.6] % ) and n- docosane (6.73%).
