摘　　要：1引言 特殊介质中的电磁散射问题是一个重要的研究课题，是近些年来才开展起来的．此研究中，手性介质的电磁散射问题得到了很多关注．In this paper we consider the scattering problem in which the time- harmonic electromagnetic plane waves incident on an obstacle in a homogeneous chiral environment. A two-dimensional scattering model is established and the existence and uniqueness of solutions are studied by an integral equation method. Numerical examples are given to show the correctness of our results.
