摘　　要：在县域保险业的发展中,我国保险公司参与的积极性不是很高,在县域市场开发上发挥的作用也没有达到预期的效果。因此,我国财产保险公司要想提高自身的盈利能力,对保险成本进行有效的控制,就应加强对公司人力资源的管理,此方面尤为重要的就是薪酬管理。要建立以绩效为导向,兼具发展公司外部竞争力和内部公平性的薪酬管理体系。In the development of county insurance, the insurance companies to participate in the enthusiasm is not high in our country, in the county market development on the role of also did not achieve the desired effect. Therefore, our country property insurance company to improve its profitability, the insurance cost for effective control, should strengthen the management ofhr, this aspect is particularly important is salary management. To establish performance oriented, the company developing both external competitiveness and internal equity compensation management system.
