摘　　要：网络在使人们的生活变得便捷、丰富的同时,也给人们带来了新的课题。在网络环境下,如何营造出优良的德育环境成为当下高校亟待解决的问题。要重新审视网络环境,认识到网络环境对高校德育工作的影响,分析网络德育环境建设中存在的不足,加强和优化网络德育环境,以达到提高高校德育工作成效的目的。Network not only made the life of people convenient and abundant but also brought people new projects at the same time. Under the network circumstances, how to create a good moral environment, which becomes a problem that has to be settled urgently in colleges and universities. We need to re-examine the network environment, realizing the influence of network environment on moral education in colleges and universities, analyzing the shortage that existed in the construction of moral education in the network environment, enhancing and optimizing the network moral education environment. And we will achieve the goal of improving the effectiveness of moral education work in colleges and universities.
