摘 要:目的了解青岛市贝类副溶血性弧菌(VP)污染状况,为VP食源性食物中毒防控和预警提供依据。方法在2010—2012年4—11月间,采用《食品卫生微生物学检验副溶血性弧菌检验》(GB/T 4789.7-2008)方法,对青岛市农贸市场、超级卖场和养殖场3个采样区共采集的212份样品进行定性检测。结果 212份样品中共检出含VP的样品49份,总体检出率为23.11%,各年检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3种类型采样区检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),7—9月样品的VP检出率高于其他月份(P<0.05)。结论不同采样区域内贝类VP污染情况在近3年中处于一个相对稳定的状态,7—9月份贝类VP检出率高于其他月份,VP食物中毒的防控应在不同时间采用不同的措施。[ Objective] To investigate the contamination status of Vibrio parahemolyticus (VP) in edible shellfish in Qingdao City, provide evidence for prevention and early alert of food poisoning caused by VP. [ Methods ] By using the method of the Microbiologi?cal examination of food hygiene-Examination of Vibrio parahaemolyticus ( GB/T 4789.7-2008),the qualitative detection was con?ducted in 212 shellfish samples collected from farmers market, super market and aquatic farm in Qingdao City from April to Novem?ber during 2010-2012. [ Results ] Among 212 samples,49 were positive for VP, with the total detection rate of 23.11% . There was no significant difference in the detection rate among three years (P 〉 0. 05 ) , and the difference in the detection rate among three types of sampling points was not significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The detection rate of VP during July-September was significantly higher than that in other month (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion]The VP contamination of shellfish at different sampling point has maintained a stable state in recent three years. The detection rate of VP during July-September is higher than that in other month. It is necessary to carry out different measures to prevent and control the VP-induced food poisoning in different periods.
