民主、平等——中学语文教师在课堂教学中的必备观念

摘　　要：随着近年来新课改的深入,"民主"教学的理念得到了有效的推广和普及,然而许多教学一线的语文教师,尤其是农村中学教师对于语文新课改理念下民主性观念的理解明显不足,部分甚至出现偏差。通过归纳和阐释当前新课程改革趋势下中学语文教师应具备的民主教学理念,如平等的观念、自由的意识、创造的精神和生命的关爱等,希望对中学语文教学一线的教师有些许启发和借鉴。With the deepening of new curriculum reform in recent years, the concept of ＂democracy＂ teaching has been effectively promoted and popularized, but many Chinese teachers of the first-line teaching, especially rural middle school teachers lack sufficient understanding of the Chinese democratic ideas in the concept of new curriculum reform, and deviation even appears. This article summarizes and interprets the democratic teaching ideas which middle school Chinese teachers should possess under the trend of current new curriculum reform, such as the idea of equality, freedom consciousness, creative spirit and life care, etc. , hoping to provide middle school Chinese teachers of first-line teaching with some inspiration and reference.
