清代顺天乡试出题特点浅议

摘　　要：顺天为首善之区,顺天乡试出题不同于其他乡试,第一场考试的题目通常为皇帝亲自出题,第二、三场考题也需呈请皇帝过目,以示皇帝对顺天乡试的重视,以此加强考试的权威性和威慑力,这是其区别于其他省乡试的最大特点。此外,由于顺天位于全国的政治中心,通常对于国家的政要大事比较敏感,因此顺天乡试的策论考题具有时政性、前沿性等特点。Shun Tian Province was the first-goodness area in Qing Dynasty. Its provincial imperial examination was different from that of other provinces. The examination questions of the first stage used to be set by the emperor himself. The examination questions of the second and the third stages must be checked by the emperor. It showed that emperor attached great importance to the examination so as to strengthen the authority and the deterrent force of the examination. This is the biggest characteristic distinguishing from other provinces＇ examination. Besides, Shun Tian Province was located in the country＇s political center. It was sensitive to the political events, so the examination has the characteristics of politics and forwardness.
