摘  要:本研究通过文献综述将残疾人高等院校教师专业化标准分为职业道德、专业知识、专业技能三个方面。在此基础上编制了残疾人高等院校教师专业化标准问卷,全国残疾人高等院校2179名师生参与了问卷的测试,统计结果表明:残疾人高等院校教师专业化标准问卷三因素结构合理,问卷的信度、效度指标达到了心理测量学的要求。Professional standards for teachers in colleges and universities for the disabled can be divided into three aspects, including professional ethics, professional knowledge and professional skills, by way of literature review in this research. On the basis of that, a questionnaire on professional standards for teachers in colleges and universities for the disabled is drawn up and 2179 teachers and students in colleges and universities for the disabled throughout China have responded to it. The statistical results show that the structure consisting of the three elements proposed in the questionnaire is reasonable and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire have satisfied the requirements of psychometrics.
