摘  要:"虚拟订单班"培养模式是指校企合作,突破专业、年级的限制,由企业面向在校学生招收一定数量的学生重新组合成立"新班级",学生利用选修课或课外时间接受相关专业实践培养,实现企业储备人才的一种定向培养模式。文章结合工作实际,对"虚拟订单班"教学模式的构建以及取得的培养效果进行了具体的描述。The " Virtual Ordered Class" training model cultivated reserve talents of a directional pattern for enterprise, based on cooperation between school and enterprise broke through the restriction of the professional and grade. A certain number of students were selected by enterprises to set up a "new class", and the student used elective or extracurricular time to receive related professional practice culture. Combined with practical work, a further discussion on construction of "Virtual Ordered Class" teaching mode and achieved culture efficiency in higher vocational was specific description.
