摘 要:为实现对巨鹿串枝红杏的快速鉴别,比较了不同产地串枝红杏样品的近红外吸收光谱,经二阶导数+矢量归一化、一阶导数等预处理,利用因子化法、合格性测试法建立了巨鹿串枝红杏的鉴别模型,并取样对该模型进行了验证。结果表明,2种模式识别方法对于其他产地串枝红杏的识别率高于93.3%。采用近红外光谱和模式识别技术可快速、准确地鉴别巨鹿串枝红杏的真伪。In order to determine the authenticity of Julu ‘Chuan zhihong’ apricot,near infrared spectra of samples from different areas were compared.Near infrared spectra were pretreated with first derivate,second derivate,SNV and 5 points moving-smooth to set up a model of identification of samples based on factor analysis qualification testing.The results showed that the identifying rate of Julu ‘Chuan zhihong’ apricot from different area tested by two models on the basis of pattern recognition was more than 93.3%.The near-infrared spectroscopy pattern recognition technique has significant potential as a rapid and accurate method for identifying Julu ‘Chuan zhihong’ apricot.
