摘  要:运用文献资料、问卷调查和数理统计等研究方法,对体育院校教师的科研动机与能力现状进行研究。结果表明:体育院校教师的科研动机包括晋升职称、提高学术水平、提高教学质量、好学进取等方面,且不同的年龄、职称、学位教师之间的差异存在不同程度的显著性;职称和学位较高的体育院校教师具有更强的科研能力,年长和教龄长的体育院校教师的科研能力优于年轻教师。The current situation of physical education institutes teachers' scientific research motivations and capabilities is researched based on the methodologies such as documentations, questionnaires and mathemati- cal statistics. The results show that the scientific research motivations of teachers include professional titles promotion, scholarship levels enhancement, educational standards improvement, and intellectual passion etc. Different levels of significance exist between teachers with diverse ages, professional titles and academic de- grees. The teachers with higher professional titles and academic degrees are more experienced with scientific research. The senior teachers and those with longer teaching ages are superior to younger teachers in research capabilities.
