摘 要:印度是世界人口大国之一,也是世界上残疾人人口最多的国家之一。印度对残疾儿童的关注的发端可追溯至公元前3世纪的孔雀王朝,其特殊教育真正形成系统源自英属印度的殖民时代。随后伴随着1857年到1947年的印度民族独立运动的开展,印度的现代特殊教育事业在政府、民间以及世界援助的努力下取得了卓有成效的业绩,这主要得益于期特殊教育的理念、政策、投资、制度保障等诸多方面,对我国特殊教育有很多有益的启示。India is one of the world's most populous country, and its amount of disabled people is also very large. India's original concern for the disabled children can be traced back to the third century BC Maurya, its special education truly form system originated from the colonial era of British India. Then accompanied by the India's national independence movement from 1857 to 1947, India's modem special education career in government, private, and the world aid efforts have achieved fruitful results. All these achievements profit from the its special education concept, policy, investment, system guarantee and many other aspects. So the India's special education development has a lot of beneficial enlightenment to our country.
