摘 要:办学定位是一所学校对未来发展的总体规划。部属师范大学一般定位于世界一流、研究型、综合大学,省属师范大学大多定位于国内一流、教学研究型、综合大学,地方师范学院主要定位于区内一流、教学型、综合大学。教师教育是师范院校的传统优势。教师教育特色是师范院校打遣自身核心竞争力的重要途径。部属师范大学坚持教师教育特色办学的比例最高,省属师范大学次之,地方师范学院最低;中部地区师范院校坚持教师教育特色办学的比例最高,东部地区师范院校次之,西部地区师范院校最低。综合化转型过程中的师范院校应当保持学校历史的连续性,通过寻求新的生长点培育学校发展的教师教育特色,打遣学校核心竞争力。Orientation is the overall planning for the future development of a school. National normal universities generally orientate themselves the world first-class, research-based, comprehensive university. Provincial normal universities mostly orientate themselves domestic first-class, teaching-research-based, comprehensive university. Local normal colleges mainly orientate themselves area first-class, teaching-based, comprehensive university. Teacher education is the traditional advantage of normal universities. The characteristic of teacher education is an important way to build core-competitiveness of normal universities. The ratio of national normal university that persisting in characteristic of teacher education is highest, provincial normal university is second and local normal college is lowest. The ratio of normal university that persisting in characteristic of teacher education in the central region is highest, normal university in eastern region is second and normal university in western region is lowest. Normal universities should maintain the continuity of school history in the process of comprehensive transformation. They should seek new growth point to cultivate the characteristic of teacher education and build the core competitiveness.
