摘 要:目前,中小学学校课程决策的现状是:中小学学校课程决策的意识和作为明显,具有一定的制度建设,但科层化倾向突出;学生、家长等对学校课程决策的参与度较低,参与内容存在偏差,多元主体共同参与的局面尚未形成;校本课程决策比重仍较低,且存在缺乏学校特色、将校本课程简单理解为特长教育或考试科目的拓展训练等问题;升学考试制度等严重制约了学校课程决策的能动性;不同性别的校长、不同地域的学校在学校课程决策方面存在差异。为此,建议从五个方面改进学校的课程决策。After having surveyed the middle and primary school headmaster on the basic information of curriculum decision making in middle and primary schools, we found out that the consciousness and actions of middle and primary school curriculum decision making have become more obvious and particular systems have already been established, but bureaucratization tendency is also clear. The degree of teacher participating in school curriculum decision making is higher, but students and parents' participation is lower. The efforts they put into decision making are unsatisfying. Joint participation of multiple parts has not yet been formed. School-based curriculum decision making in whole condition is good, but the proportion is lower and lack of school features. Another problem is to take school-based curriculum as specialty education or training on examination. The entrance examination has a great side effect on decision making in schools. There are differences of curriculum making among schools of different areas and between male and female headmasters. The authors present five pieces of advice on improving curriculum decision making.
