摘  要:20世纪70年代以来,美国残疾人教育发展迅猛。本文分析了1975年以来,美国残疾人教育改革不同阶段的政策目标及具体举措,探讨了美国残疾人教育所取得的成就与当前所面临的问题。The education for individuals with disabilities in America has developed extremely rapidly from 1970s. The federal government actively promotes the reform of education for individuals with disabilities through legislation and funding. The access to school of children with disabilities has been solved and to improve the quality of education to meet the educational needs of all students with disabilities are the new priority today. Education for individuals with disabilities are still facing serious challenges, and how to solve the problems have long plagued the American educational development for individuals with disabilities depends on the tireless efforts of the government and the public.
