摘　　要：校企深度融合是企业与学校间的相互渗透,体现的是"你中有我,我中有你",实现的是"教学—科研—开发"的三位一体。校企深度融合不仅是高职教育人才培养模式改革的必然,而且是高职教育人才培养的重要手段和提高人才培养质量的必经之路,研究校企深度融合的必要性、方法及途径,对提高高职教育教学质量、把握高职教育的本质具有十分重要的意义。Integration of schools and enterprises is the mutual penetration between school and enter- prise, is the embodiment of ＂you have me, I have you＂, is the realization of the three-in-one of ＂Teach- ing - Research - development＂. Integration of schools and enterprises is not only the necessary reform of the talent cultivation model of higher vocational education, but also an important means of cultivating tal- ents and the only way which must be passed to improve the quality of the talents in Higher Vocational Edu- cation. Study on the necessity, method and approach of the deep integration of school and enterprise has very great significance to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education and grasp the essence of vocational education.
