摘 要:儿童权利观是人们对儿童应享有的权利的根本看法和态度,是儿童观的重要构成部分。20世纪以来随着社会对人价值的认可、对人权的关注和对儿童的发现,人们开始自觉、理性地认识儿童的权利。然而在儿童教育中仍存在忽视和削弱儿童权利的现象,这涉及观念和行为层面,因此首先应厘清儿童权利观的合理意蕴。笔者基于对儿童权利观发展背景的分析,从哲学、心理学和社会学的视阈思考了儿童权利观的合理意蕴,并进一步探讨了如何在儿童教育中遵循合理的儿童权利观,保障儿童的权利。The meanings of children's rights is people's fundamental perceptions and attitudes on the rights that children should enjoy,which is an important component of view on children. Since the 20th century, with the recognition of the value of human society, concern on human rights and children, people have begun to understand children's rights consciously and rationally. However, there are still phenomena of neglecting and weakening children's rights in children's education,which involves attitudes and behavior levels. So we must clarify the reasonable meanings of children's rights firstly. In order to guarantee children's rights, based on the analysis of the background of the development of rights conception and thinking on the reasonable meanings of children's rights from the sight of philosophy, psychology and sociology, the authors have further explored how the to follow the reasonable meanings of children's rights in children's education.
