摘  要:地方高师院校在农村教师培养培训一体化方面具有功能优势、区位优势、生源优势等方面的现实合理性。地方高师院校农村教师培养培训一体化应该从课程的平衡性和融合性方面考虑课程定位,选择"双元体验—实践"的教学模式,构建多元主体、多维指标的质量监控。There are many practical rationalities such as functional advantages,location advantages,the source advantages of students in education and training integration of rural teachers in local normal universities and colleges. In order to achieve education and training integration of rural teachers, local normal universities and colleges should consider the course orientation from the aspects of balance and integration of curriculum, select the "dual experience---practice" teaching mode, construct the quality monitoring that have multiple subjects and multidimensional index.
