摘　　要：校本培训是促进教师专业发展的重要方式之一,为更好地了解我国高职院校校本培训实际状况,特进行问卷调查,内容涉及高职院校校本培训的内涵与目标、内容、形式、优势与问题、组织管理与效果评价等多个方面,进行了结果分析,提出了结论和建议。Abstract： School-Based Training is one of the important methods to promote the teachers＇ professional development. To better un- derstand the actual situation of school-based training in higher vocational colleges in China, the investigation was made through ques- tionnaire which covers its connotation, goals, forms, benefits and problems, management and evaluation. The paper makes an anal- ysis on the results and puts forward eonelusions and proposals.
