知识经济中的企业权力结构——会发生从资本雇佣劳动到劳动雇佣资本的变革吗

摘　　要：现代科技革命正在变革着社会生产生活的方方面面 ,知识经济已成一个流行术语。正是在这一背景下出现了一种新的企业权力转移论 ,认为知识型企业将出现劳动雇佣资本这种新的组织结构。我们认为知识经济的发展并没有降低资本、设备的重要性 ,资本市场的发展也没有降低资本所有者的风险 ,西方企业分配形式的变化并不意味着人力资本已取得了与其他资本同样的地位。Modern science and technology is bringing fundamental changes to every aspects of social production and life. Knowledge economy has been becoming a fashion term. Just under such background some scholars put forward a new opinion that the new organization construction of labor empolyment capital in high enterprises is coming into being. Our opinion is that neither the development of knowledge economy degrades the importance of capital equipment nor does the development of capital market lower the risks facing the capital owners. The changes of distribution patterns in western enterprises do not mean that labor capital has obtained the same status as other capital. The assumption of labor empolyment capital can not come true on the cause of development of knowledge economy.
