摘 要:目的探讨高仿真模拟教学在消化科临床实习课教学中应用的可行性及现实意义。方法以齐齐哈尔医学院2009级120名学生为研究对象,在消化科临床实习课教学中实施高仿真模拟教学。采用主观问卷调查和综合能力考核方式对教学效果进行初步评价,分析高仿真模拟教学在实习课阶段应用的可行性及现实意义。结果两组测试成绩差异明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化科临床实习课阶段开展高仿真模拟教学具有一定的优越性和现实意义,适合目前的医学教学资源状况。Objective Investigate the feasibility and realistic meaning of the application of high simulation teaching in digestiveclinical practice .Methods 120 students from Qiqihar medical college ( they were admitted in 2009 ) were employed as the research object , high simulation teaching was employed when they executed clinical practicein the digestive department .Subjective questionnaire survey and comprehensive ability evaluation were used to preliminary evaluate teaching efficacy , and analyze the feasibility and realistic meaning of the application of high simulation teaching in digestiveclinical practice . Results The differences of test scoresbetween the two groupswas statistically significant ( P &lt;0.05).Conclusions High simulation teaching present certain advantages and practical significancein digestive departmentclinical practice , and was suitable for the current medical teaching resources .
