摘　　要：师范生的培养效果如何关乎到未来教师的教学能力,本文通过对当前我国师范生培养现状的分析,探讨如何应用数字化微格教学系统培养师范生的教学能力。How to cultivate the normal students related to the effect of future teaching ability of teachers, through the analysis of the current situation of the students, to explore how to use digital micro teaching system to cultivate the normal students teaching ability.
